The view is nice. The bed is hard, the street is loud, breakfast starts at 10 am, the place is closed on Sundays with no breakfast, and there’s no Wi‑Fi—so I had to use my own.

The welcome was excellent, and the owners speak French! The food was very good and the value for money was great.

The staff were lovely and genuinely caring, and the owner and his son were friendly and the food was great. I can’t think of anything that bothered me, to be honest.

The main door closes at night and they didn’t warn me that the entrance is from the courtyard. There were two tied dogs at the entrance and one untied dog that barked and wouldn’t let me in. I don’t want to be bitten by dogs while trying to get into the hotel.

The owner and the staff were friendly and helpful. I got good value for a two‑night stay since I had to extend my stay in Hua Hin. The area is very quiet, which is exactly what I wanted. The top‑floor room had great views and a balcony to sit out and relax.
