18 m² · 1 extra-large double bed
We were welcomed and followed in the best possible way. The whole property is independent. On the ground floor the family lives while on the first floor there are 2 rooms, each with a balcony and a bathroom. To access these you go through a common area, a very large room with a kitchenette, sink and fridge, all available for guests. The structure is very well finished and detailed, bright, clear and minimal. The breakfast is abundant and well prepared (you arrange the next morning the day before). Quiet area of Mirissa, where you can see peacocks and little monkeys, not too far from Secret Beach. You can arrange a tuk‑tuk tour. Great, truly great value for money.
The room was brand‑new and spotless, with nice furniture. The bathroom felt bright, odorless, bug‑free, and the water pressure was great. We had a balcony that offered a view of peacocks perched on the roofs. The common area had a fridge and a kitchen. The hairdryer, however, sometimes stopped working.
The guest house was very comfortable and tidy, with a pleasant breakfast and a friendly owner and family. The only downside was the absence of a wardrobe in the room, but that wasn’t a major issue.
The place is really new. People who can’t stand tired hotels – this is for you. The breakfasts are among the best.
The family‑run accommodation opened only in December 25. Very clean and modern equipped. Breakfast was lovingly prepared by the house owner, which we enjoyed with the family in the dining room. Valuable tips about the city of Mirissa were given and a taxi to the next stop was also organized for us. Unfortunately only one night.
