The staff were friendly. It was hard to understand what was really going on through the communication via Booking. I asked about adjoining rooms and received no clear answer.

Everything was fine. I would prefer a halal option for breakfast. We stayed 4 days; on Chicken day there was no issue, but on one day we could only get pork and no other choice.

While I appreciated the hotel's great location, which made it easy to navigate and get around, I was a bit disappointed by the lack of amenities provided. The room was clean and comfortable, but I had to bring my own toothbrush and toothpaste, and there was no fridge in the room. On the plus side, the hotel was close to the MRT station, and I was able to catch a direct train to the airport.

The staff at this hotel were very satisfactory, which was a plus. However, I had a rough night due to the rooms not being soundproof - I could hear my neighbor vomiting all night. To make matters worse, the bed wasn't very comfortable either.
