The place is well‑situated, welcoming, and the staff are helpful, plus it’s very quiet. The room itself is very basic and spartan, with only one handkerchief, a loose tap, uncomfortable mattresses, and a poorly maintained terrace.

Riad Hiba, nestled in Marrakech's heart, boasts a prime location 50 metres from Jemaâ El Fna Square and 750 metres from Koutoubia Mosque. Traditional Moroccan décor adorns the guest rooms, complete with tile flooring and private bathrooms. A rooftop terrace, patio fountain, and on-site dining area offer relaxation and culinary delights. Nearby attractions include Palais de la Bahia, Majorelle Gardens, and Ben Youssef Madrasa.

The spot is spot-on, just a stone's throw from Jmaa L Fna, but some rooms feel hard to reach and the nighttime noise is a bit much, which is expected in the area. I had a ridiculous argument with the owner over a second towel; we used it on the floor because the room flooded a little, yet he wouldn’t give us another. Nobody ever came to clean the room or empty the trash. Another gripe: I had to rely on someone to unlock the Riad at night; other places give you a key for more freedom. Overall, the location and price are decent, but Marrakech offers better options.

The location is good. There was no television as advertised, the air‑conditioner blocked the bed, a small soap was the only toilet provision, and the sheets had a cigarette hole. Ground‑floor rooms had no outside windows, and the ones next to the reception were noisy. Only one outlet in the room served the AC. I couldn’t find a phone charger.

Cercanía a la plaza ,lugares donde comer y comprar y limpio. La persona que está por la noche y mañana temprano muy antipático y desagradable

The room was clean, quiet, and air‑conditioned. The receptionist was inflexible and the welcome was far from warm; it felt like the staff didn’t want to help. We arrived at 19:00 with a tired baby, but were stuck for over 20 minutes at the front desk because the staff insisted on paperwork, which normally takes 5 minutes. The price was high compared to other Riads on the same street, and breakfast was thin. In short, it was a brief stay and we’re glad it’s over.
