The hotel is a short walk from town, which keeps it very peaceful at night. Our room was clean and comfortable. Dilshan made sure we had everything we needed, including a packed breakfast for an early morning train journey. The road up to the hotel is quite steep and uneven, so you might want to bring a torch if walking back in the evening. We didn’t use the terrace, but our room had a nice balcony view.

“All in all was Oke”

The view is amazing, and the rooms and breakfast are also great. However, because the property is built inside the mountain on one side, the humidity inside the room was too high; the bathroom was full of moisture and the towels couldn't dry properly.

“Save your money and don’t book this hotel!”

The beds were comfortable, but the staff doesn’t speak English. The location sits on a steel hill, the floor in the room was wet, and the minibar was empty when we arrived. We booked a room with a lake view but had no lake view, and the photos of the property are photoshopped (notice the blurred bush on the left). The room is too expensive for what you get. Don’t book this hotel!

“Luxury Hotel with good breakfast and very clean hotel!”

The bathroom is fancy, the room is big with two double beds and a cupboard, the breakfast is quite good, and the view from the room and outdoors is outstanding. The only downside is the little top of a small hill that is very easily accessible by tuk‑tuk.
