Staff was super friendly and helpful. The beds were supposed to be queens I’m 5’ 110 pounds and my husband is 6’4” 250 we didn’t fit comfortably enough in bed to sleep. My husband had to sleep at an angle. No way these are queen beds! Plus they were hard as brick! Terrible night

The breakfast was good with a good variety. Daughter liked the pool. Loved the fact that the ceiling and walls were not so thin that you could hear everything around you. Also loved the fact that you could control your own thermostat. The last hotel we stayed in would not allow you to control the thermostat and I sweat when I sleep. There was some kind of strong Air freshener that was so strong in the lobby and the hallway that it gave me a headache. I thought maybe the person behind the desk had sprayed something but it was both days when we came and left the hotel. The beds would be great if they were a little softer. Maybe offer a mattress topper available upon request at the front desk for people that would rather a softer not harder sleep. I did not receive a receipt in my email like I was told at the front desk when I checked out

It was great. Everything was perfect. Even made me look for another Holiday Inn on my trip for tonight. There was some kids above us jumping of the bed till 10:30 pm. Not hotels fault though
