A hidden gem: the corner room offered a view of Diamond Head and the ocean pool was nice, even with a sunscreen dispenser! The restaurant meals were good. The location was excellent, so I’ll book there again. It’s good value. The only downside was that there was no ice machine on the floor.

The smiles of the staff were nice. I wanted a high floor but got a low one. The dining hall was right above, so the loud voices at night made it hard to relax. I wonder if the front‑desk staff are aware of such requests. I stay here every year, but this time it was disappointing.
The hotel should have some facilities at the beach, like chairs

The location is wonderful and the staff were kind. The shower was hard to get water from, so I think it needs repair.
The lobby was comfortable and eclectic. The bar and grill upstirs was very nice. The photos are deceiving - and the city view room balcony was in great need of paint and repair - like sitting in a poor area
