How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
It was close to the Niah Caves and clean. I asked for an extra pillow because of a health condition and was told there was a RM10 charge. I understand that every hotel can set its own rules, but paying RM350 per night at Niah Village and being charged for an extra pillow seems cheap to me; I hope management will review this policy.

Well‑run hotel in a central spot. The cheap, hassle‑free shuttle to the Cave HQ and Junction is worth mentioning. Free water on the floor, AC in the room that can be finely tuned, and fast internet. We were very satisfied. Everything else was fine.
