Staff was friendly. Only 1 elevator was working and parking
“Never again !”
Nice location, but the room was dirty, the staff unprofessional with a bad attitude, and breakfast was poor.
“Convenient Location but Pricey”
The room was very spacious. We appreciated the kitchenette with big fridge. Breakfast which was included in our rate was filling. My wife enjoyed usung the small gym. Staff were pleasant and professionally trained. It was expensive for a 2-night stay. And became more expensive when they added the daily parking fee which we weren't informed of in advance. While breakfast was diverse, it was mainly high on carbohydrates, including the make-your-own waffles. Fresh tomatoes and cucumbers would be a nice improvement. The indoor swimming pool was very small, more like something used for aqua therapy
Great location, but the lobby lacked tea and coffee.
“Excellent place overall, would stay again while in town.”
The room was clean, organized, and the bed extremely comfortable; the staff accommodated an early check‑in without issue and the location was excellent, within walking distance of the University of Pittsburgh. The bathroom drain was slow and didn’t clear after a shower, and the light flickered on and off during use.
