Spacious and clean enough with 4 bedrooms. Zero flexibility once booked & paid. Host denied any change of date saying it was booked for all the days for next few months even though showed available dates. When pointed out, he then blocked those dates. This happened 2 to 3 times. Then, as soon as we checked out, all dates magically got unblocked again :-) Also, the request for 1 hr early checkin got bluntly denied. Anyway, all this did not bother me much as it was just for one night and served our purpose

We had a fantastic weekend stay! Ryan was an exceptional host—friendly, welcoming, and always quick to answer any questions. When the shower head broke, he fixed it the same day with no hassle. The place itself was lovely, clean, and very comfortable. We’d definitely return and highly recommend Ryan’s place for anyone looking for a great getaway. Nothing could be improved; everything was perfect.

The owner Ryan was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of spaces for our family of 6. (2 adults and 4 teenagers!) Lovely location very close to the sea. Can access to the holiday park shops right next to the caravan which is very handy. It was perfect for our occasion. It was very good value, too. Nothing

The main bedroom at the front of the caravan smelled horribly of dog urine, and there was rubbish on the floor despite a supposed professional cleaning. Dog hair was everywhere under the table chairs in the living area. Mold was visible behind the sofa cushions, and yellow stains marred the pillows in the front single room. The oven glove and tea towel were disgusting. When we checked out, Ryan was extremely rude. I would not recommend this caravan; save your money and go elsewhere—AVOID AT ALL COST.
