“Lovely sized room, well located for the purpose I was visiting, reasonable value for money”

Breakfast was average and the restaurant staff, though friendly, were very slow; ordering a glass of wine at dinner or almond milk at breakfast took forever. The bathroom mirror was poorly lit, the balcony chairs were uncomfortable, there was at least one more food‑and‑beverage outlet needed, and the staff could be more professional.

“Stay in Moira”

The property staff were amazing, helpful, attentive, and went out of their way to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel is well maintained, secluded, and away from the bustle of Goa, making it a good spot for a weekend stay. The rooms are large, the pool is decent, and there’s a restaurant and a bar. I gave it 8/10 despite the exceptional stay because, as an ITC property, the food was a huge let‑down—breakfast, high tea, and dinner were all below standard in quality and taste. The hotel sits in the middle of nowhere, so there are no restaurants, bars, cafés, or shops within walking distance; you’ll need a car to get anywhere. The Wi‑Fi was patchy and often didn’t work, and the mobile network was weak.

“Just okay”

The staff were amazing and made sure our stay was comfortable, but the location and the approach road were too narrow, and even though I was in the best cottage, there was no river or river view.
