The room was in perfect condition, with a comfortable and spacious bed. The steep stairs were a problem for me, and the whole property had a damp smell. Thin walls let everything through, and turning on the bathroom light required pulling a rope. The walls were damp and dirty, and the mini‑fridge didn't work.

The location was excellent, the staff friendly, and the room bright with a very nice and big window. I never used public transport; walking is perfect to reach several parts of the city. The room felt a bit small, especially since the bed sits right next to the toilet door, but no major issues once you take the dimensions.
