I really appreciated the attentiveness; Evelyn called me, guiding, Dona Cecília was very attentive and polite, Filipe very polite, hotel Vitória 10/10, I will return. I also liked everyone who attended me; they were prepared, the place was very calm and welcoming, congratulations to all staff.

Great location, good staff service. Even with the fan, the room handled the heat. The breakfast could have offered a few more options, and the bathroom cleaning maintenance could be better since it is shared by other guests. Sometimes I went to the bathroom and the flush hadn't been used, there was a cigarette smell in the bathroom, etc.
