“No way we were going to stay there”
The location was terrible, with sketchy people on the streets. The hotel itself was unkept, dirty, and smelled bad. I didn’t even check in; I just walked out and found another place to stay.

All the rooms smelled like smoke even though the hotel is non‑smoking; the balcony outside the room let the scent in from a roommate who smoked, and the whole night was filled with that odor, which is hard to endure if you don’t smoke.

It was very bad, except for the guy at reception. It was filthy, with little cockroaches in the bathroom, the shower tray didn’t drain, the shower curtain was disgusting, the mattresses were uncomfortable, and throughout the night people were shouting and slamming doors— we were terrified.

The rooms were very clean and the staff were helpful. It’s great that a shared kitchen is available to everyone, though it lacks cutlery, but otherwise everything is fine.

For the price we paid, the room was great. There was even a big balcony. There was a little kitchen available, which was helpful, and a storage room for our bags even after check-out. The shower would be better with curtains or something to avoid getting the floor wet
