I booked with a credit card that had been hacked, so all my personal data was exposed. I called the hotel multiple times to talk with staff, but they said it wasn't their problem to call. The staff couldn't help when I repeatedly tried to warn them that the reservation was a scam using my hacked American Express card. I attached pictures of the bookings that used my card.
