I felt duped: I paid 115 USD for two nights, the room price was not worth it, and at the front desk the night rate was 450 MXP. I feel scammed!

The cleaning and service were good, but there’s no elevator, the bathrooms are tiny, and there’s no place in the shower to put toiletries.

Everything was excellent. The reception lady was very helpful; we asked for extra towels and blankets because we were cold, and she gave them. The facilities were good, the mattresses were in good condition, and the bathrooms were spacious and very clean. Only a small water leak in the toilet.
