Elegant décor, central but not noisy, spacious and modern rooms and bathrooms. Good services and extremely attentive staff. The price might be high for a single night. I missed a full‑length mirror in the rooms and a paper towel box in the bathroom. One of the people traveling with me had to request a room change because there was no natural light and it was the same category.
The accommodation and location are great. Parking is fine, no issues. If it weren’t for the breakfast it would be perfect! The breakfast was terrible. Because it’s continental, there should be a process for selecting the ingredients and products the client wants. Even though I speak Spanish fluently, the attendant brought everything wrong in quantity and quality. I asked for a tortilla and they brought an omelette. The cold cuts were a single slice each. When I complained at checkout, the attendant told me I should have spoken to her. Total lack of empathy. I definitely won’t return to this hotel!
