How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The place is pretty old, and the photos on the site put you in the worst rooms they have. When we got there, the room had no AC, so they charged us an extra 75 reais to switch to a similar room that was still huge and noisy. We couldn’t sleep at all – total chaos. The only bright spot was the pool, but overall it fell short. They should update their listings and maybe try to bring people back.

The pictures online are way off from what you actually get. The rooms have no air conditioning, and the facilities look ancient compared to the photos.

The hotel was comfy, just like the photos show. The pools were great, really enjoyed them.

It’s an old hotel but still comfortable. The pools are gorgeous; we couldn’t hit the beach because it was cold and rainy, so we stuck to the heated pool. Breakfast was hearty and tasty. On the downside, the posted hours were outdated – dinner was listed until 9:30 pm but actually closed at 9:00 pm.

I only learned about extra fees at check‑in, like the parking charge and the extra bed fee.
