How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The cleanliness was good, yet the reception hours and access outside those hours were problematic; we were left outside with no access and no one to answer the emergency number.

The place is centrally located, roomy, with nearby shops, a cafe, and a bar, plus secure bicycle storage in the courtyard; the room is comfortable for sleeping, and the kitchen area is spacious with a kettle and a microwave, though check‑in times are strict and only a microwave is available for cooking.

The location is ideal and the facilities are clean, bright, and spacious, but on the 3rd floor both hand dryers in the men's shower and bathroom are broken, and the plugs in the laundry room do not fit the washing tubs.

Everything is new and clean, the location is very good, and I would stay again.
