The room was fine, but the lack of air‑conditioning was a real let‑down, especially in the heat. Apart from that, everything else was solid – the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. I’d stay again if they added a fan or AC.

For a single night this place hit the mark: right in the city centre, with a garden restaurant just next door. The breakfast spread was decent and got me going for the day. All in all, a hassle‑free, convenient stay.

The hotel felt clean and cozy, and we really appreciated how spacious our room turned out to be. The staff were warm and the restaurant served decent meals, plus the location was only a few minutes from the centre. The only hiccup was waiting a while for hot water in the shower, and the breakfast could get a bit repetitive, though it was still okay.

This little hotel checked all the boxes – we liked everything about it and the restaurant served tasty dishes. It’s a shame we only got to stay one night, because we would have liked to explore more. Still, a pleasant short stay.

The hosts were exceptionally attentive and kind, making us feel right at home. Food was tasty, the place spotless, and the service felt almost unbelievable in its thoroughness. If you find yourself in Chepelare, this is the spot to choose.
