“До персоналу іншого готелю зауважень немає, все чудово”

Nothing. We booked a room a month in advance, received a confirmation from the hotel the day before, and got a call from the administrator in the morning on the day of arrival saying we were expected. The administrator waved her hands and said she could help with nothing, turned away and went to serve other guests who were in line behind us. It took an hour and a half to resolve the issue through a dispute. As a result, we arrived from Dnipro with children for a competition, waited until 15:00 for check‑in, and only received service closer to 17:00 at another hotel in the chain.

The location is great, the lounge is also good. Overall we’re satisfied with the hotel. It’s quiet and peaceful. Very convenient that the hotel has a restaurant. On the third floor, heading to room 12, the motion‑sensor lights for dinner are not working, which is uncomfortable because you’re walking in the dark. It would be great if this issue were fixed by repairing the light. Also there were not enough bathrobes; it would be convenient to have that service.

The location is good relative to the city center, the car/railway stations and other infrastructure. The staff are professional, customer‑oriented, polite. The apartments are wonderful for those who appreciate natural elements in the décor and wall paintings. The sound insulation is poor.
