The spot’s great—right by the water with cafés and restaurants nearby. The air‑con is noisy, the living‑room TV wasn’t set up, and breakfast wasn’t available even though the info said it would be.

We’ve been staying at the Mutiny every time we visit Miami for years. The location is superb, with easy access to walking or jogging trails near the park and plenty of restaurants, all within a well‑equipped condo that feels like home. The staff are very friendly.
