The spot was spot on, but I had trouble reaching the property manager for a while to get into the property, and my request wasn’t passed on to her either.

I enjoyed the stay, though the view was great.

I liked the blankets, but the iron didn’t work.

John’s Place felt like a real home away from home, yet there were some electrical issues: the lights kept flickering.

There were no washcloths, the towels were old and in bad shape, and no extra bath tissue was provided—only two half rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom. I killed a giant cockroach in the house. I was suspicious of this place because there were no actual written comments from previous guests. The owner needs to set up a credit card payment system for future guests, as most tourists today don’t travel with a lot of cash. The owner also needs to provide transportation info, for example, that you must take an additional flight from PLS.
