The location was great, but they raised my room price and handed me the least pretty family room 😔

Very comfortable and welcoming.

The friendliness of the reception staff across all three shifts (morning, afternoon, night) really stood out. The pool is very calm and relaxing, tucked under trees which adds a nice touch for a peaceful dip. The bed was very comfortable. The spot is convenient for walking to Fifth Avenue, tour meeting points, the beach, Oxxos convenience stores, supermarkets, etc., so I hardly had to drive or fight for parking. The only issue is that the electric grill in room 3 definitely needs an upgrade.

For just a single night of sleeping, it was fine. The only thing that bothered me was that when paying for the rooms, room 1 turned out to be much more expensive than the others, even though it had just one bed.

The room is huge, like an apartment, with a garden and pool exit and access to the parking lot. The staff was very friendly and let us leave our car in the parking outside our stay. It’s very well located a block from Fifth Avenue and a few blocks from the ferry exit to Cozumel. It’s a slightly old-fashioned hotel.
