Everything was truly perfect, from the room to the very helpful and collaborative staff. If I could give a suggestion, I’d add a coat rack or some hooks to hang clothes.

The room was clean, new, and comfortable. Phone assistance was correct. The location near the Vatican museums is good. The shower had cold water; it’s beautiful but definitely hard to get a comfortable cold shower.

Very pretty and clean, located 10 min on foot from the Vatican and 2 min from a metro station for easy city visits. I fully recommend the place.

It’s a decent spot if you don’t want to be right in the center; the metro is close and the manager is easy to reach. Cleanliness is fine, but the checkout time is a bit early at 10 am.
