“I won’t be coming back. There are exception hotels all around the area and this one is not it.”

The spa facilities were amazing, the restaurant was very nice, and the rooms were very comfortable. However, the spa staff were rude and unprofessional; we arrived 3 minutes late because we were stuck on a boat before our appointment, they said they would deduct that time from our massage, which seemed fair, but then the massage therapist finished 12 minutes early, making it one of the worst massages I’ve ever had.

Exceptional 5* breakfast, great spa facilities with heated pools, clean rooms, and a convenient location. The hotel has spyware in its system and all booking details were passed to scammers.

The place was spotless and the staff were friendly, but it was pricey and the rooftop bar was shut that evening; knowing that beforehand would have saved us the trouble, so I felt cheated.
