Breakfast was quite good by our European standards. The hotel was very nice and clean. The lobby staff were very friendly, but you have to state your wishes clearly. For the airport transfer, which the hotel arranged at our request, they didn’t accommodate our request for child seats. However, all the seat belts in the vehicle worked and the driver was exceptionally courteous. I would choose this hotel again if we travel to Kenitra again because it’s just so beautiful. The location—Main Street, near the main train station—was not optimal for our family travel plans. When the kids used the swimming pool, they weren’t offered towels or loungers. Overall, the restaurant staff needed clear communication of requests. Sometimes I had to run after the staff (as a woman) to place an order; no one approached me on their own.
