The location is ok, but there was a smell in the washroom. I informed reception three times, but they ignored it. When I showed my booking, they did not accept it and took extra charges from me. They told me the old rates were mentioned, but now the current rate is new. They charged me 6000 rupees.

The sheets were visibly used, stained, and when I asked for a replacement the new ones were even worse—cracked in places and marked with a red stain that looked like blood. The pillows suffered the same fate, and the bathroom was filthy; I had to flush out the last mess because the hotel was full of filth. To top it off, they falsely claimed I hadn’t stayed the night.
