The accommodation was very nice, centrally located, and very clean. The tax fee can’t be paid on site; you must use a credit card and send your IDs via WhatsApp.

The team was helpful and gave clear directions, which made finding the apartment easy. The room was stocked with a coffee machine and pods, and it was close to the Duomo yet far enough that the street was rarely busy.

The location was great and the space itself was really nice. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful. We were able to get in to the unit early with self check in and the instructions were clear. The bed was SO hard we felt like we were trying to sleep on cement. So while we wanted to rate this apartment high we just did not sleep and we were so uncomfortable. There was also mold in the shower - There was a little around the corners that you can really see but there is a lot to the side of the seat in the shower. The rest of the apartment was very clean
