The staff were helpful, the spot for food was convenient, and the place offers good value if you only need a brief stay.

There was no Wi‑Fi, no hot water, and the facilities were nonexistent; I’m unsure how they got rated, and you should do some groundwork and homework before giving such scores.

The staff were very rude, the hotel was on the fourth floor, and the elevator had been out of service for three days.

The location is nice, the hotel sits in a complex, the rooms are good, the staff are attentive and helpful, and the price is worth what you pay.
