Sun & Sea Hotel

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a disaster from start to finish. The reception staff barely spoke any English, and I was left feeling confused and frustrated. The breakfast options were laughable - just four dishes, three of which were soups. The quality of the food was questionable, and the state of the rooms was appalling. The bathroom was dirty, the furniture was old and worn out, and the air conditioning didn't work properly.

We only had a good experience with having a place to stay and swim, but that's about it. We've been traveling in Asia for a while and are used to decent service, so this place was a letdown. We stayed on the island for a month, and this was our last accommodation for three nights before we left. I'd strongly advise the management to take guest feedback seriously and warn tourists not to book here.

The staff were really friendly, but unfortunately, that's where the good things end. The music from the bar outside went on till 1 am, making it impossible to get any sleep.

This place has a great location, but that's where it ends. The old air conditioning unit in my room was ridiculously loud and didn't even work properly. To top it off, the room numbers were dirty and the staff seemed completely uninterested in helping me with my issues. Needless to say, I won't be back.

I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and clean my room was, and the location in the middle of town was perfect for getting around. The airport and shopping area were within walking distance, and I even stumbled upon a King King Mart nearby. It was a great find!
