The hotel is beautiful, everyone was very kind and helpful! We booked the upper‑level studio apartment in the lifestyle building, which offered a stunning view of the hotel’s lovely garden and the sauna house. The wellness area was excellent and cozy; I’d especially highlight the 0‑24 operating sauna house and jacuzzi. We only ordered breakfast with our stay, which was generous and delicious, and for dinner we chose the hotel’s à‑la‑cart restaurant: I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone, even outsiders—thoughtful, refined flavors, gorgeous presentation, and generous portions! All in all, we felt very comfortable and will definitely return.

The pre‑arrival communication was very helpful—we received two single beds instead of a double, which was great because I was staying with a friend. The breakfast buffet offered a rich selection. I would have liked to know beforehand that a wedding ceremony was taking place near the garden pond, which we were excited to visit after a long bike day, so we couldn’t use it.

Close to the thermal bath and parking is solved. The hotel would benefit from a thorough renovation.
