The place sits right in Kutaisi’s center, only a few meters from the bus that takes you to the airport. The owner was very friendly, letting us drop off our luggage early in the morning so we could explore the city before checking in. The kitchen is spacious.

Locatie was perfect voor de airport shuttlebus die ik om 5:00 moest nemen slechts 1 minuut lopen. Er lag behoorlijk wat stof onder het bed
We were delighted when we arrived: the photos didn’t show the large kitchen or the huge balcony where we ate and enjoyed our stay. The rooms are very clean, and everything nearby is convenient. The host deserves special mention for offering tours that were better and cheaper than elsewhere, plus airport and train station pickups. He’s not trying to profit from tourists unfamiliar with local prices; he genuinely wants to create great memories and showed us a fantastic spot. We’re 100 % sure we’ll return! The only drawback was that there was no shower curtain in the bathroom, so water splashed.
