The room was clean, right in the center, and convenient for travel, but it was a bit small and cramped for two people; the desk had black stains underneath, and my pink dress got a stain from it, so the hostel should check the tools and equipment provided to guests.

I was close to the city center, but the noise insulation was poor, the hair dryer was old, and there was no elevator so I had to carry my heavy luggage up the stairs.

The location on Phố Tây was convenient for getting around, the staff were friendly and helpful, and I could check in early. However, the equipment was worn out – the hair dryer and the hot/cold water system were outdated.

The spot was fairly convenient and near the center, the front desk was welcoming and relaxed. My room was a double meant for two people but the space was too small; the luggage compartment only fit one bag when opened, making movement inside awkward. The TV screen was broken, only audio worked, and the shower had a leak. Because there was no elevator, staying on the second floor or below was manageable if the luggage wasn’t too heavy, but higher floors were inconvenient with heavy bags.
