The location is perfect, with a great bistro right next to the hotel and a fantastic Sunday market nearby selling local produce. It’s close to a metro station and the rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and clean. The parking garage is also well‑measured.

Everything was great: the staff were very pleasant, the breakfast was good, and the room was fine. The stairwell could use a bit of refreshment.

The proximity to the Eiffel Tower was a plus. Traveling with my grandkids turned out to be a disaster: I had booked a room for myself and two children, but upon arrival the staff loudly and unfriendly told me I couldn’t share a room with my grandchildren and that I’d need to book another room. The short stay was over before we arrived! The children were confused by all the noise. Attempts to resolve the issue with the manager failed. Eventually they understood that I couldn’t leave the kids alone in a room, and we received a room exactly as we had booked. Two kids, ages 6 and 7, stayed with me. The staff was not friendly, access to the gym was blocked even with the card, and there were mice in the breakfast area.
