The location was close to our interests and the breakfast was good. The room facilities—bed, shower, pillows—were below expectations.

“Ótima localização.”

The location was good and the breakfast coffee was decent. However, some staff were not very welcoming and told me to check for parking availability, but they were unclear with the information. I spent time looking for my room and then the breakfast area, and the bathroom was a mess— the shower door wouldn’t open if the bathroom door was open, so water leaked and the door got damaged. A bit of logic would have shown that the shower door should open in the opposite direction. The exit was also chaotic because the access ramp was full of pickup trucks. Overall, everything needs a solid improvement.

“Experiencia incrivel”

I liked everything: the location, the service, the hotel’s facilities, and the breakfast was amazing with polite and helpful staff. The hotel was clean, and the room cleaning was a highlight—when I returned I was surprised to see everything spotless and smelling nice. In short, it was an incredible experience exactly what I needed to relax. The only downside was the price: I arrived on 11/10 around 17 h and left on 13/10, and even with the great experience the cost felt a bit high for the period.

Bom custo-benefício (estrutura, café da manhã e limpeza). Solicitei na recepção quarto silencioso e me disponibilizaram um quarto bem próximo da recepção, com intenso ruído durante todo o dia e noite
