It started with dirty curtains that didn’t close all the way; the sink required the plug to be out to drain; the bathroom was old and in bad condition; the room was very small; there were stains in the bathtub, the caulking was very bad; the towels were thin with holes; and when we opened the refrigerator to put our ice back in, it was solid ice—I barely managed to put it back. I think it was one of the worst rooms I’ve ever stayed in, but the bed was comfortable and it was quiet. The room we stayed in was dirty, not from the housekeepers, but it hasn’t been upgraded in a long time.
