Everything was great; the limited number of rooms makes it feel like a boutique spot, the breakfast (🥞) was lovely and the ocean views (🌊) were beautiful, but in mid‑August the Khareef season made the air so humid that even the AC couldn’t keep the room dry.

The hotel sits on the beach, and I especially thank Ms. Abir for her great care and for helping me when I forgot my phone at the airport—she contacted the airport, they found it, and I received it; thanks to Ms. Abir and Mr. Amar. We arrived at the hotel in the evening and were given a room that didn’t overlook the beach, even though my reservation was for two rooms: one with a beach view and one with a garden and pool view; after several conversations we were moved to a beach‑view room.

The place was clean and quiet, but the room was damp.

The rooms offer stunning views, whether garden or sea, and the beach is just a minute away; the staff are polite, helpful, and always welcoming; the resort itself is beautiful and close to all tourist spots, which is great because the best hotel in the area is usually far from the city; the rooms are spacious, and the nearby Mamshna Hawana area has many restaurants, coffee shops, and supermarkets, plus a great meshley drink at the entrance—thanks to Fanar Club for the experience. However, a few things need improvement for my next stay: the door lock sometimes doesn’t work and the room can be left open even when the door is closed; requested robes, towels, and bed sheets were never replaced, so cleanliness needs work; the mugs I used never returned to the room despite multiple requests; and the phone was cut off by the rain and no one came to fix it, making it hard to contact reception, which is in another building.
