We appreciated being able to book an upgrade, but it turned out to cost €40 per night for the double bed.

The room was clean and tidy, the staff were very attentive, and the breakfast was pleasant in a room overlooking the Elbe. Unfortunately, the parking gate issue was not resolved until the last day.
The sliding door of the wardrobe was broken due to water damage, and on one side of the bed there was a stain on the floor that looked like the liquid excrement of a previous guest.

Getting to the hotel on foot from the S‑bahn was cumbersome.
