The location is good, but the place needs updating and repairs; the bed was so hard my wife had pain the next day, and the split level requires entering from the far back to use a luggage dolly and the elevator, which is poorly designed.

The place is in a good spot, but there’s no A/C anywhere and a big event in the parking lot meant no room was available for guests.

Nothing good to say; it took over an hour to locate our prepaid booking and the room was extremely stuffy with no A/C.

The location near town was fine, yet the AC failed and they handed us an old fan; the building felt old and a bit rundown, the downstairs restaurant was understaffed and food took a long time to arrive, making it our worst stay out of two visits, although the servers did try to help.

We were the only people in the huge hotel . Booked on a Wednesday in the middle of summer- ghost town. It was great.;. Totally exceeded expectations- saw lots of Big Bear that day
