Room 12 was the only thing that made the stay pleasant. Everything else was disappointing. The lady at reception didn’t know I was arriving on the booking date because she said she wasn’t informed by the person handling online bookings. I got there at 3 pm, waited 30 minutes for my room. The TV was outdated and when I asked a staff member for help, they said it would be fixed the next day.

A microwave would be useful since breakfast isn’t provided. The shower water pressure was low; I’m not sure if that’s normal or if I just arrived at the wrong time. There were visible stains on the towel.
