“Zero Cleanliness”

The person I spoke to over the call was gentle and listened to my request. The available staff was very rude and gave stained bedsheets. The washroom was not clean. When I asked them to replace the bedsheet, he simply told me to go to a different hotel. There were mosquitoes all over and they didn’t give the refill of the repellent. They did not provide any water bottle or at least glasses to drink. No soap was there but handwash was there. Zero amenities and cleaning.

“Please remove the hotel”

I recently stayed at a hotel with a rather. memorable experience. The owner's confidence and assertiveness reached an all-time high, but unfortunately, this came at the cost of their staff's attention to our needs. We had a family gathering of 10 people, and to our dismay, we were left waiting for 30 minutes before being acknowledged. It was clear that the staff were either oblivious or simply didn't care about our presence.

My recent stay at this hotel was a mixed bag, with some aspects falling short of my expectations. While the hotel's location and amenities were convenient, the staff's behavior left a sour taste in my mouth. Unfortunately, I encountered several instances of rudeness from the staff, which made me feel unwelcome and unappreciated. Despite this, the hotel's cleanliness and comfortable rooms were a redeeming quality that made my stay somewhat enjoyable.
