Our room was very comfortable! Nicole was amazing. She greeted us every morning with a tasty breakfast, hot coffee, and juice. We would absolutely stay here again

The place is steeped in history and culture, both inside and out. Breakfast was a highlight, with friendly folks, and later we enjoyed wine with the same people. Nicole—chef, keeper, and all-around extraordinaire—was a real gem, and Alex the property manager was equally pleasant. The owners made a smart move by hiring them. The September heat and humidity were intense; we had to temper our expectations of Savannah but not the hotel itself. Knowing it would be hot and wet, we planned ahead—taking the trolley instead of walking the 3‑mile round trip to Forsyth Park, and using the carriage for any other trips.

The Victorian décor was stunning, and the room felt incredibly comfortable. There was a slight issue with water draining from the sink, and the toilet didn’t flush as well as it should.

Nicole’s breakfast frittata was absolutely divine, and she was a delight to have around. The digital locks were hard to spot at night.
