Calm House 4 Hoi An

“Very nice room with a great view in a quiet safe area just on the edge of town.”

The family running Calm House 4 were very sweet, and the back patio, pool, and garden by the river were fantastic. We loved the room views and the 5‑10 minute bike ride into old town was fun. The area is calm and the neighborhood is very nice. We appreciated being a little out of town by the river and surrounded by nature. They provide bikes in varying condition but all worked! We stayed a whole month and were very happy; no frills expected, but it’s a very nice room that’s large, with a nice common area and kitchen, and kind people. No major pain points—everything was great for the price and type of accommodation.

Great location, outside the big bustle on an island. Super friendly hosts who try 100 % to fulfill all guests’ wishes. We’ll come back. An electric bike (rentable in town) is perfect for exploring the area.

“Super adresse à Hoi An”

Everything was perfect… the couple running this guesthouse is helpful. The rooms are very clean and well kept. Nothing to say. A small café is two steps away from the hotel in the little alley on the left and a very good restaurant is at the end of that alley. The town can be reached very quickly via the bike path along the river. The beds are ready at the hotel. ❤️❤️ Nothing to complain about.

Since the room I first booked was already taken, I was upgraded to another one. Everything was clean. I enjoyed the view over the river a lot! I’ve stayed at five different places in Hoi An, and personally, I liked this place the most. There’s even a well‑equipped kitchen that can be used. The staff were very friendly as well. I’d come back. Highly recommend!

“Wonderful Accommodation & Family”

The rooms, property, and service are amazing! The rooms are beautifully decorated with a lot of detail. Great curtains block the sun, a nice seating area and desk, a high‑powered fan, a makeup mirror, a comfortable mattress and bedding, a nice TV with cable & Netflix, toiletries in the bathroom—just a few thoughtful touches. The property itself is beautiful with a wonderful garden, a warm pool, and a stunning view of the river. The family is incredibly kind and accommodating, and I really appreciated how genuine and hospitable they are.
