The apartment wasn’t tidy, the toilet was filthy, and the staff were unfriendly; someone knocked on my door at 11.30 pm for no reason, and they charged me more than the online price—an extra 50 %—claiming I had to pay.

The environment was neat and serene, and the staff cared enough to go the extra mile to keep me comfortable; nothing negative.
