I liked how close everything was, the staff were really friendly, and the value for money was good. They didn’t have a lift (not sure if that was advertised), so I had to haul my luggage up to the 3rd floor; the bathroom needs some TLC, but it’s cheap, so you get what you pay for.

The location was convenient, the room spacious, and the 24‑hour automatic locking system at the main entrance worked well. The bed and pillows were not comfortable at all.

The location in Athens was great, the staff were very nice, and it was good to have a terrace and a balcony. The corridors had a lot of carpet, which was off‑putting, and the light on the 2nd floor didn’t turn on. The stairs were steep for moving luggage up and down, and the external keyboard labeling was confusing—I figured it out at midnight and later helped others who were puzzled.

The location was good, but my room was so tiny I couldn’t even open my luggage; the bed was small and uncomfortable, and the sheets were low quality.
