“Dos dias de terror”
It’s a place in the jungle, they charged whatever they wanted, and if they don’t act like thugs, they double‑charged me for transport since I came alone. Then at the accommodation they gave me a stone cave at 40 °C, and the thermal sensation ruined my health; I asked for a room change, and despite Booking’s loyalty, they gave me an air‑conditioned room and said Booking charges a tax, which they added to my bill for two nights without doing anything, charging me $266 for a worthless place—nothing to see, just heat. I complained several times to Booking and the owner, who mocked me. I’ve never been robbed like this on any trip worldwide, and with Booking’s support I now expect a response and a solution: it’s unfair to pay so much for nothing; people look for cheap rooms on Booking, not to fall into the hands of scammers. When traveling for over two months you can’t pay that amount for two nights in a horrible place. They added an extra commission claiming it was for Booking. Lodgings must meet minimum safety and habitability standards. I request my case be transferred to the Tier‑2 Escalation Desk or a supervisor because I was a victim of fraud, illegal charges off‑platform, and host harassment.
