“SCAM”
We paid €800 for this stay and had to flee to Kri Island on the second day because the conditions were unsafe—no water, rats, cockroaches, and no manager. The hotel was supposedly closed, yet the property was still open and trying to make money, so they left bookings available but couldn't deliver the service. They only fixed our rooms; the rest had no water running. The staff were tricked into coming without pay, and the property keeps bookings open to cover staff wages. Booking did nothing but contacted the property a couple of times. We were in inhumane conditions, treated like animals, had to cook and clean ourselves because the staff couldn't provide food or even think about buying provisions. The owner, Kaka Grace, ignored us and promised a refund that never came. There was no running water, unreliable electricity, almost no food, rats, cockroaches in the kitchen, moldy food in the fridge, and no manager on site. We were told to wash with seawater, and we had to give temporary staff about €150 of our own money so they could travel to another island for food and fuel. More than a month later, we still haven't received a refund. The property doesn't respond or protect its guests; it only offered €119 in compensation, which doesn't even cover the €150 we spent to get basic food and fuel, let alone the €800 paid for this nightmare. Do not book this property.
