Nice rooms in a rustic style, a billiard table in the basement, and a very good breakfast. We stayed there in mid‑September and slept wonderfully because it was so quiet. A few small bathroom upgrades, like a bath mat, would have been nice.

Beautiful, quiet, natural setting with forest, horses, and a lake. The deluxe room with an ensuite was comfortable, and the balcony overlooked the woods—perfect for relaxing. Breakfast could have been better: there were no rolls for two days, nothing sweet for coffee every morning, and the pancakes were terribly greasy. The breakfast staff were only moderately pleasant.
