“JAMÁS REGRESARÈ A ESE SITIO”
It was a real shame because the service was awful. When it was time to pay, I asked to be charged in dollars, but the staff said they couldn’t because it would cost them more; then they reacted, charged me in the currency I originally requested, shouted at us, treated us badly, and finally double‑charged the VAT, which felt like a robbery. I do not recommend this place.
The room was in the city centre, making it easy to get to. It was noisy because of traffic and sounds from other rooms and the hallway, and the staff didn’t speak any English.
The location was good. The towels had a damp smell.
“It’s ok if nothing else is available”
The location was great, the showers had good water pressure, and the place was clean. However, the price was too high for what it offered, the walls needed repainting, there was no air conditioning so we had to keep the windows open at night, and people sang and screamed under our windows during the Fiesta de Sidra Natural at the hostel on a central street. There was also no microwave or fridge available.
The location was close to everything in the centre. The general lack of cleanliness and the old‑fashioned state of the place were disappointing.
